Tag Team Title Match Set For IMPACT Slammiversary

Tag Team gold on the line at IMPACT Slammiversary

The IMPACT World Tag Team Championships will be on the line at IMPACT Wrestling's upcoming Slammiversary pay-per-view on Sunday, June 19.

At the show, The Briscoes will defend the gold against former champions The Good Brothers. The match was made official on the latest episode of IMPACT after Honor No More's Mike Bennett approached Scott D'Amore about a tag title shot for himself and Matt Taven at Slammiversary. D'Amore stated The Good Brothers were already scheduled to challenge The Briscoes at the event, though.

The Briscoes have been tag team champions since defeating Violent By Design for the titles at the May 7 Under Siege special. The brothers returned to IMPACT over WrestleMania weekend, losing to The Good Brothers at IMPACT's Multiverse Of Matches event.

Trey Miguel also punched his ticket to Slammiversary on the latest edition of IMPACT Wrestling, defeating Alex Shelley to qualify for the X-Division Title Ultimate X Match.
