The Miz Reveals He And CM Punk "Buried The Hatchet"

CM Punk and The Miz are now on good terms after previous heat

CM Punk’s long list of enemies and those who he has come into blows with is an extensive one, though ever since his comeback to WWE he has clearly mended some fences. One of those who has been the victim of CM Punk’s scorn, and vice versa, is The Miz, with the pair previously throwing jibes at one another.

Speaking in an interview with Adrian Hernandez on Unlikely, The Miz revealed that things are all good with CM Punk, and they buried the hatchet when Punk returned at the Survivor Series 2023 PLE.

“Yeah, it was in Chicago, and I was just walking down the stairs, and he was standing there. We just locked eyes. Remember, he left a long time ago and has never been back, right, and it always felt like it was a ‘never going to happen’ type of thing. To see him backstage, I was like, ‘What?’ So we ended up having a really good conversation, and it was one of those moments where [it was] guys talking, and we kind of just buried the hatchet, I guess you could say.”

CM Punk is currently on the shelf with an injury suffered at the Royal Rumble, but recent reports suggest WWE is hopeful that he will be back in time for SummerSlam.
