The Revival's Arrival In AEW Teased On Being The Elite

Could the dream match be on the cards...

For the past few years, The Revival and The Young Bucks have repeatedly thrown jibes at one another and argued about who is the best tag team in the world. "F*ck The Revival" was even a common retort on Being The Elite.

Both teams now have the chance to settle their differences after Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder were released by WWE on April 10. Now going by Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler, the pair have released a new logo and videos hyping their return to wrestling. They have retained the "FTR" phrase, but they will be known as "The Revolt" inside the squared circle going forward.

It is widely expected The Top Guys will sign with All Elite Wrestling at the earliest opportunity and their arrival was teased during yesterday's episode of BTE. During the show, Matt and Nick Jackson sat outside and discussed how they didn't end Being The Elite because they have nothing else to do during the coronavirus pandemic. The brothers then look up and point to the sky to see "FTR" written above them.

If The Revolt has indeed signed with AEW, they could make their debut as early as May 6, as the young promotion plans to resume tapings from Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida in the run-up to Double Or Nothing on May 23.
