Three Matches Announced For First AEW House Show

Kenny Omega will be in action

As they look to capitalise on fans being in Tampa, Florida for WrestleMania 37, All Elite Wrestling will run its first-ever house show on April 9 at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida. Tickets can be purchased for $30 from Monday or fans can buy a combo ticket, which also includes seats for the April 7 edition of Dynamite, from Friday.

With tickets having partially gone on sale, AEW has announced the first three matches on the card. Kenny Omega will be in tag team action with Michael Nakazawa against Matt and Mike Sydal. Cody Rhodes will take on Ethan Page, and The Young Bucks will team with Brandon Cutler against Death Triangle.

Also announced for the show is a Darby Allin TNT Title match and appearances from Jade Cargill, Orange Cassidy, Britt Baker and The Pinnacle.

Check out the announced card below:
• Kenny Omega & Michael Nakazawa vs. Matt Sydal & Mike Sydal
• Cody Rhodes vs. Ethan Page
• The Young Bucks & Brandon Cutler vs. Death Triangle

House shows have been on AEW's radar for a while and the company originally planned to hold at least 20 house shows per year as part of their regular touring schedule. This ultimately hasn't been possible, though, because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
