Thunder Rosa Interested In AEW Match Against Sasha Banks
AEW’s Thunder Rosa wants to take on Sasha Banks if ‘The Boss’ leaves WWE
With Sasha Banks time in WWE reportedly at an end, questions are being asked as to what’s next for ‘The Boss’?
Inevitably, wrestling fans have wondered about the possibility of Banks ending up in AEW if she indeed leaves WWE, and if Banks does become ‘All Elite’ then she’ll have no shortage of opponents, with AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa excited at the prospect of a match with Banks, saying the following during a virtual signing with The Asylum Wrestling Store:
“I mean, of course everybody’s gonna come for whoever’s on top, right?” Rosa said. “I’m the biggest prey any predator comes after and I’m ready man. I told you, I’m not afraid of nobody. If Sasha wants — if ‘The Boss’ wants some from La Mera Mera, she got it, she got it coming. Hell yeah. That’s how I do.”
By all accounts it seems as though Banks is finished with WWE, with multiple sources reportedly confirming the Grand Slam Champion’s exit, whilst other reports stated Banks’ lawyers were working on getting her released from her WWE contract.
