Title Change Takes Place At WWE Bash In Berlin

Title changes hands at WWE Bash in Berlin

The second match of WWE Bash in Berlin featured a title change as Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill defeated The Unholy Union of Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre to regain the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships.

The Unholy Union dominated much of the action and they looked to have the match won down the stretch as they went for a Backstabber-Swanton combo. An awkward block from Jade Cargill saw Alba Fyre overshoot the Swanton Bomb and she crashed and burned. This left Isla Dawn to fight on alone and she soon fell victim to a DDT-German Suplex combo from Belair and Cargill, who scored the win moments later.

Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair's win ended The Unholy Union's title reign at 77 days and also kicked off their second reign with the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships. Fyre and Dawn actually won the gold from Belair and Cargill earlier this year at June's Clash at the Castle pay-per-view in Glasgow, Scotland. They managed to defend the belts successfully on three occasions before their loss at Bash in Berlin.

The opening contest of Bash in Berlin did not feature a title change as Cody Rhodes successfully defended the Undisputed WWE Championship against Kevin Owens.
