There is a lot of anger towards PCO within TNA following his actions at The People vs. GCW on Sunday night.

PCO was in action at GCW's Hammerstein Ballroom show, winning a Kickoff Rumble. Following the match, though, PCO grabbed the TNA Digital Media Title and proceeded to hit it repeatedly with a sledgehammer. PCO then cut a promo about selling the most t-shirts out of anyone on the TNA roster and claimed he was the reason TNA sold out one of their biggest shows. The GCW broadcast cut away as PCO continued with his promo, with the promotion later claiming that PCO went into business for himself.

The situation was a shoot and Fightful Select has reported that TNA are livid over what happened. The company has also claimed that they are in possession of the real TNA Digital Media Championship and that PCO only had a replica belt, although this has been denied by people close to PCO.

PCO's contract with TNA expired at the end of 2024 and Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that PCO agreed on two occasions to re-sign with TNA, only for the promotion to first ask him to take a pay cut and then pull the offer altogether. PCO then agreed to drop the Digital Media Title at this coming Thursday's live episode of TNA IMPACT but the promotion hadn't contacted him since late December.

"His contract expired at the end of the year. He was offered a new contract and he agreed to it verbally, did not sign a contract. They came back and they said they were rescinding the offer. They offered him another contract. This was at the end of the year when they started with the cost cutting. A lot of people were offered less money and you saw several people leave over that. So they offered him less money, he agreed to it…Then they came back again and said we're not renewing your contract but we want you to drop the title on the way out. So he was going to drop the title on this taping actually in San Antonio I think was the agreement. Then he never heard from them again," Meltzer said, noting his sources were people close to PCO.

PCO has stated on X/Twitter that he is a fan of the TNA roster but he was heavily critical of the promotion's management.

"Eventually, you will understand, I am a fan of the Hardys and that Roster is so awesome, The production team and Creative team in TNA just so good, the new management ehhhnn. Scott D’amore was the architect. You need to get your evidence before judging," PCO wrote.

PCO is done with TNA following his actions at The People vs. GCW. PCO's plans following the end of his TNA run are currently unknown.
