Tony Khan Refuses To Comment On Potential Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks Returns

Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks were suspended by AEW in September

Vignettes have recently aired on AEW TV teasing the impending return of The Elite - Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks - with the trio looking likely to return to AEW since being suspended in early September for their part in the AEW All Out locker-room brawl with CM Punk and Ace Steel.

Whilst the vignettes all but confirm the three will be returning - as well as suggesting that the external report into the events of All Out has concluded - AEW President Tony Khan refused to comment on any potential returns during an interview with Sports Illustrated.

Now whether this is kayfabe on Khan’s behalf, or an indication that nothing concerning ‘Brawl Out’ can me spoken about by AEW staff is anyone’s guess, but it seems we’ll just have to wait and see when and if Kenny and The Bucks make their long-awaited returns to AEW TV, with the trio reportedly backstage at recent Dynamite tapings.

In the wake of the Elite vignettes airing, reports emerged speculating on the future of the AEW EVPs, as well as that of CM Punk, with reports suggesting the two-time AEW World Champion could be subject to a contract buy-out, likely ending his time with the promotion.
