Trinity Comments On IMPACT Knockouts World Championship Win

Trinity has spoken of her Knockouts World Championship win at IMPACT Slammiversary 2023

Slammiversary saw a sweeping changing of the guard in IMPACT, with five title changes occurring at the PPV event on July 15.

The biggest title change came in the Knockouts division, with Trinity defeating Deonna Purrazzo to lift the Knockouts World Championship. Trinity spoke with Gia Miller after her win, saying the following:

"I'm living the dream living a dream right now. I pictured myself being the Knockouts Champion. Here I am. It's such a surreal feeling. Gosh, I'm still trying to process it all right now. Deonna is definitely the toughest opponent I have ever faced. To be able to go the distance with her and beat her is a huge accomplishment for me. Now the real, real, real work begins because it's gonna be even harder to hold on to this," said Trinity.

With her win, Trinity becomes the fourth wrestler to have held the top women’s title in both WWE and TNA/IMPACT, following in the footsteps of Gail Kim, Victoria/Tara, and Mickie James.
