Two NXT Superstars Reportedly On The Brink Of WWE Main Roster Call Ups

Winners from TakeOver: XXV on the move?

A plethora of NXT Superstars have been moved to WWE's main roster so far in 2019.

The transfers show no sign of slowing down as it looks like two of the biggest names currently residing on the yellow and black roster are in line to a move to the main roster - that's if claims from Dave Meltzer on a recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio are to be believed.

Those names are new NXT Champion Adam Cole and Women's Champion Shayna Baszler.

Meltzer noted that Baszler is "supposed to be geared" for a main roster call up as she has everything Vince McMahon is looking for - age, look, character etc.

Obviously, both Cole and Shayna were successful at TakeOver: XXV on Saturday night, with the Four Horsewoman seeing off the challenge of Io Shirai. Undisputed Era member Cole ended Johnny Gargano's 57-day NXT title reign in the main event of the night.

It's a little over two months until the next NXT TakeOver, with the Toronto event happening on August 10.
