Upcoming WWE Network Specials To Chronicle Two 2006 Feuds

Some Ruthless Aggression goodness...

WWE Network News has reported that two upcoming WWE Network specials will focus on noted rivalries from the year 2006.

WWE Timeline: Do You Love Me Now premieres on Wednesday, September 16, and focuses on the feud between Trish Stratus and relative newcomer to the promotion, Mickie James.

James entered the promotion in 2005 as a babyface, cast as an "obsessed fan" of Stratus', which gradually led to James turning on the then-Women's champion. The two faced off for the belt at WrestleMania 22, with James emerging victorious.

In addition, WWE Untold: Edge vs. Cena premieres on Sunday, September 20, and will focus on their WWE championship rivalry. Specifically, the documentary will focus on the Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match between the two at that the 2006 Unforgiven pay-per-view, which kicked off John Cena's year-long reign as WWE champion.

Edge won his first World title that January from Cena, in what was the first ever Money in the Bank cash-in. He only reigned for three weeks, losing it back to Cena at that year's Royal Rumble. Edge regained the title that July, preceding matches between he and Cena that took place at SummerSlam and Unforgiven.
