Update On Charlotte Flair's WWE Return

It was reported in recent weeks that Charlotte Flair was expected to be back in WWE fairly soon after being ruled out for the past year with a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus during a match on SmackDown back in December 2023. There were some rumblings of a comeback happening at the recent Saturday Night’s Main Event reboot, but there was ultimately no sign of The Queen. 

PWInsider have followed up on Flair’s comeback, noting that she is ‘on the cusp’ of returning, and has been recently seen at WWE Headquarters to partake in a photoshoot and ‘other logistical work’ ahead of her return to WWE programming and storylines. 

Flair posted an image to social media this week that showed her training in a WWE ring alongside NXT talent Lainey Reed. Flair stated in the caption that Reed was one to watch for the future. It was reported in the last couple of months that Flair was penned in for a major WrestleMania 41 match with her expected to return around this time of the year, leaving enough time for WWE to build her back into storylines and into the top of the card.
