Update On Jerry Lawler's Health

There Has Been An Update Provided On Jerry Lawler's Health Following A Stroke

Jerry “The King” Lawler underwent quite a serious health scare recently, suffering from a stroke back on February 6, 2023, which saw the WWE Hall of Famer rushed to hospital.

There were several positive signs early on for Lawler, with his Twitter account providing an update just two days later, stating that he looked set to make a full recovery following rehabilitation. Per PWInsider, there is more good news when it comes to updates about Lawler’s health.

It is reported that Lawler is in a healthy enough condition to now return home to Memphis, Tennessee, after having been housed in and confined to Florida to undergo outpatient therapy to help with his care and recovery. Signs are all looking good for Lawler, with every update since the event being quite positive.

Despite Lawler now being 73 years of age, he has still been wrestling as recently as 2023, though it isn’t clear what this stroke will mean to his professional wrestling career going forwards. Lawler has overcome health scares in the past to return to the ring, notably suffering a heart attack live on an episode of Monday Night Raw back in 2012. This didn’t stop him from another decade of performing in the ring.
