Update On PAC Following AEW Dynamite Injury

PAC is currently out of action after suffering a suspected ankle/foot injury during his match with Swerve Strickland on the April 9 edition of AEW Dynamite.

The Death Rider limped on towards a quick finish after hurting his ankle when taking a buckle bomb, and was absent from later segments in the show where his Death Riders teammates featured. A report from PWInsider states PAC left Dynamite on crutches, with F4WOnline stating that he is set to undergo an MRI scan on his ankle to assess the extent of the damage. It is currently unknown how much time PAC is set to miss, if any.

PAC is one-third of the AEW World Trios Champions alongside Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli, with the champs set to face The Opps (Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata, and HOOK) for the belts, although a date for the match is yet to be confirmed. Obviously, this match hinges on PAC’s availability.

A multi-time champion in All Elite Wrestling, PAC’s run has been punctuated by periods of absence, due to injuries, visa issues, and other concerns.
