WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg showed up at this past Saturday's Bad Blood premium live event, getting into a confrontation with World Heavyweight Champion Gunther.

This interaction, coupled with the fact WWE will be returning to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel on November 2, has led to speculation that the 57-year-old may soon wrestle his first match since a loss to Roman Reigns at Elimination Chamber 2022.

In their Daily Update, F4WOnline noted that the match appears likely but were told it is not scheduled for either Survivor Series or WrestleMania. It is presumed that Gunther will take on Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel in a match for the recently unveiled Crown Jewel Championship, but that could change if The Ring General loses to Sami Zayn in their World Heavyweight Title match on tonight's edition of Raw.

Goldberg has been open about his desire to have one more match, saying in June that he would 'love' to get in the ring again (after undergoing surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff).

When asked about the possibility of the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion wrestling again at the post-Bad Blood press conference, Paul 'Triple H' Levesque said 'never say never'.
