Update On Ronda Rousey Possibly Returning To UFC

Will we see Rousey fight in the Octagon again?

A new report has shed further light on former WWE star Ronda Rousey's potential return to the UFC.

It was first reported yesterday that Rousey was looking to go back to mixed martial arts following her latest WWE stint, with Rowdy Ronda focusing on a potential return at UFC 300 (which is likely to take place in early 2024).

Speaking with TSN Sports, UFC President Dana White shot down rumours of The Baddest Woman on the Planet competing in the Octagon.

"Stop reading the Daily Mail, everything that they write is a crock of sh*t. Ronda's having kids! Ronda built this whole thing that's going on with the women here, then her dream was to go to the WWE, she went there and did everything that she did there and achieved, she's made sh*tloads of money. She's moved on with her life", White said.

White has also recently dismissed the idea of Brock Lesnar returning to UFC.

Rousey's last WWE match came at SummerSlam, where she lost to Shayna Baszler in an MMA Rules bout. The 36-year-old subsequently said she had 'no reason to stay' in wrestling.
