Update On Speculated Upon WWE-TNA Working Relationship

WWE and TNA Wrestling working together?

Triple H will make a "major announcement" on Thursday during the WWE Preview Special on Peacock and there has been rampant speculation online about what the WWE Chief Content Officer will say.

One idea speculated upon has been a possible working relationship between WWE and IMPACT Wrestling (soon to be TNA Wrestling once again), largely stemming from TNA reaching a deal with Endeavor Streaming to provide the infrastructure for TNA+ and TNA renaming their streaming specials as 'premium live events.' TNA Knockouts World Champion Trinity is also expected to return to WWE

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported there is nothing to speculation of a working relationship between WWE and TNA Wrestling and Thursday's "major announcement" is not related to TNA in any way, however. FightFans has also reported that WWE will not be purchasing TNA Wrestling from Anthem.

IMPACT Wrestling will become TNA Wrestling again on January 13 at the Hard To Kill pay-per-view. Headline matches include Alex Shelley vs. Moose for the TNA World Championship, Chris Sabin vs. KUSHIDA vs. El Hijo del Vikingo for the X-Division Title, and Trinity vs. Jordynne Grace for the Knockouts World Championship.
