Update On Status Of Absent AEW Talent

There has been movement on the potential arrival of an absent AEW talent

Megan Bayne has been signed to AEW for multiple years, though you’d be forgiven if you were unaware of that fact considering she hasn’t appeared once on weekly AEW television programming. However, this might very well be changing in the near future, as a report from Fightful Select has indicated that she might soon be heading to AEW TV finally.

There have reportedly been creative pitches to bring the 25 year old into the fold in what is expected to be a heel role in AEW, though it wasn’t stated how soon to expect this to happen.

Bayne last competed in AEW back in 2023 in a dark match (and prior only competed on the likes of AEW Dark & Elevation on YouTube), but quickly went off to Stardom where she has been a consistent and standout name, being in contention for both the NJPW Strong Women’s Championship and the World Of Stardom Title. In 2024, Bayne has been back working in the United States in the likes of GCW and other independent promotions, all whilst being under an AEW deal.
