CM Punk may not be gone from WWE programming for much longer.

Punk has been off WWE TV since the Raw after Bad Blood, having announced that he would be going home to see his wife after his brutal Hell in a Cell Match with Drew McIntyre. Punk missed WWE Crown Jewel, with Fightful Select reporting that Punk not being on the show was a planned absence.

Fightful noted, though, the earliest return for Punk has been earmarked as the November 11 edition of Monday Night Raw, but it is not guaranteed that he will be brought back to TV for that show.

Rumours in recent months have suggested that Punk is planned for Survivor Series in a major match against Gunther but if those plans are still in motion is up in the air, especially after Damian Priest became the number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship.

CM Punk remains one of WWE’s top stars to the extent that Netflix hope he will be a part of Monday Night Raw when the show moves to the streaming service in January 2025, along with the likes of Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns. WWE have been very happy with Punk since his return to the company at last year’s Survivor Series.
