WCW Faction Reformed On SmackDown

A Classic WCW Faction Was Reformed On WWE SmackDown

After rumours swirled of WWE potentially mentioning the Latino World Order faction on the March 31 episode of SmackDown, these turned out to not only be true, but it turned out to be in quite a substantial segment too.

Following weeks of mutual respect building up, Rey Mysterio approached the Legado Del Fantasma faction of Santos Escobar, Zelina Vega, Cruz del Toro, and Joaquin Wilde. They reiterated the fact that they would have his back when it comes to Mysterio’s feud with Dominik Mysterio and The Judgment Day. Mysterio stated that they would have each other’s backs in style, before presenting each person with an LWO shirt, revealing that they are the new Latino World Order.

The LWO was notably led by Eddie Guerrero in WCW, and it consisted of several latino wrestlers on the roster, including the likes of Psychosis, La Parka, Juventud Guerrero, along with several more. Mysterio himself was not only a member, but he was the group’s main rival at one stage too.
