The Righteous recently departed All Elite Wrestling/Ring of Honor, with Vincent and Dutch exiting the company after a two-year run.

Reports revealed the team quietly exited the promotion in the past few weeks, and a follow-up report from PWInsider states that the exit was amicable, and came after The Righteous requested their release, which AEW duly granted.

Vincent and Dutch’s contracts were originally set to expire later on in 2025, and the report states the door is not completely closed on the pair, and that there is scope for The Righteous and AEW/ROH to work again in the future, presumably on non-contracted per-appearance deals.

There’s no word on what’s next for the former ROH Six-Man Tag Team Champions, although some fans are hoping the pair will reunite with Elijah, after the three filmed vignettes hinting at a union, but said teaming was never followed up on. Elijah is currently part of TNA Wrestling, with Vincent having had a run there as part of Honor No More after the end of the Sinclair era of Ring of Honor.
