WWE Auctioning Off 24/7 Title Signed By Gobbledy Gooker

WARNING: Depicted Gooker may not be actual signee...

If you've ever wanted to own a novelty championship belt that bears the signature of one of pro wrestling's most notorious gimmicks, then be prepared to shell out some dough.

WWE is currently auctioning off a replica version of their 24/7 championship, signed by an individual who briefly held the championship during Sunday's Survivor Series Kickoff show, the Gobbledy Gooker.

While the event was a celebration of Undertaker's 30 years in WWE, it was also the 30-year anniversary of the Gooker's debut, in which the humanoid turkey (played by Hector Guerrero) hatched from a jumbo-sized egg, to a chorus of boos. Once intended to be a mascot of sorts for the company, the Gooker was quickly scrubbed from WWE, but has occasionally popped up as a beloved bit of kitsch in the years since.

During the Survivor Series Kickoff show, the Gooker defeated R-Truth to briefly reign as 24/7 champion. He later dropped the belt to Akira Tozawa, who then ceded it back to Truth. Drew Gulak was reportedly the Gooker's portrayer during Sunday's event.

Bidding for the replica belt currently sits at $315, and is set to end on Monday, November 30.
