The Bloodline may be getting a new member.

According to Fightful Select's Sean Ross Sapp and Corey Brennan, Jacob Fatu was telling people that as of Wednesday, April 3 he has signed with WWE. This led to him being pulled from Joey Janela's Spring Break over the weekend. Fatu has been teaming with Zilla Fatu at Game Changer Wrestling events in recent weeks. WWE have not confirmed Jacob Fatu's signing but the rumours were being discussed backstage within Game Changer Wrestling on Saturday.

PWInsider has since reported that Jacob Fatu is "100% signed" with WWE and he is backstage at WrestleMania 40. If he will be involved in the main event match of Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes is unknown.

The son of The Tonga Kid, Jacob Fatu is also the cousin of Roman Reigns, The Usos, and Solo Sikoa. Him heading to WWE has been speculated on by fans in recent years, particularly as Jacob Fatu has established himself as one of the top indy stars in recent years.

Fatu most prominently wrestled in Major League Wrestling, debuting in the promotion back in 2019. He held the MLW World Heavyweight Championship for 819 days before he dropped the belt to Alexander Hammerstone. Jacob Fatu finished up with MLW in early February, confirming at the time that he was now a free agent.

The Bloodline currently consists of Roman Reigns, The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso, and Paul Heyman.
