A member of WWE's Independent Development (WWE ID) programme is set to be revealed in the coming days.

It has been announced that a WWE ID recruit will be unveiled at Reality of Wrestling's Super Sunday event on November 10 from the Walker Texas Lawyer Arena in Texas City, Texas.

It is unknown who the WWE ID recruit will be but talents advertised for ROW Super Sunday include Richard Holliday, Alex Gracia, Ice Williams, and Cam Cole.

WWE recently launched their ID programme which is designed to provide a pathway for independent wrestling talent to join WWE. WWE have partnered with multiple pro wrestling schools, including Booker T's Reality of Wrestling, Cody Rhodes' Nightmare Factory, and Seth Rollins' Black and Brave Wrestling Academy.

WWE ID has received a mixed reaction on the indies. Some talents have been positive about the scheme, while multiple indy promoters fear the system could lead to an NXT UK situation.

Several indy talents have reportedly already been signed as WWE ID prospects. The new system will provide wrestlers with training and mentorship, as well as financial opportunities. Talents will also be featured on WWE's social media platforms.
