WWE President Nick Khan has claimed the company aren't listening to any feedback from fans posted on social media.

Discussing the influence of social media on WWE's televised product at the National Association of Broadcasters event in Las Vegas, Khan noted he believes it's a "small percentage of voices who have a big microphone or megaphone in front of them. It's a mistake to respond to your business based off of that. You've got to base it off your gut and the results."

Khan then claimed that WWE produces their product with the United States and the world in mind, adding:

"What do people like? They like dramas. They like conflict. They like to see conflict being resolved one way or another. As Paul mentioned, in our business, you get to knock each other out in a 20×20 ring. People like that too. So for us, we want to appeal to everybody."

Ignoring social media also appears to be a policy in All Elite Wrestling's booking, with AEW citing a disconnect with online fans over Jon Moxley's run as AEW World Champion.
