WWE have issued a statement after it was revealed
Jimmy Uso was arrested for DUI earlier today.
Here's what the company told
PWInsidera short while ago: "Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions."
Uso was arrested for the second time since February after being found driving with "an unlawful blood alcohol level," a report from
TMZstates.
The arrest took place near Pensacola, Florida early Thursday morning and while details around the arrest are unclear,
TMZhave been able to find out that "the 33-year-old was booked at 3:04 AM and the charge on the police website says DUI."
At the time of writing, Jimmy is still said to be behind bars with his bond set at $1000.
Back in February, Jimmy was arrested
after he allegedly confronted an officer while drunk in Detroit. It was claimed at the time that Jimmy “squared up” as if he was going to fight. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction.
During Monday's WWE Raw Reunion, John Cena made a passing remark about both Jimmy and Jey's past trouble with the law at the top of the show.
