A WWE NXT talent is out of action after sustaining an injury.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Dani Palmer worked a recent WWE EVOLVE taping but the 26-year-old suffered an injury at the taping. The exact nature of Palmer's issue is unknown.
A former fitness instructor and tumbler, Dani Palmer signed with WWE in 2022. She had a handful of matches on NXT TV in 2023, including as part of the NXT Women's Breakout Tournament, but she has only wrestled at live events and on NXT Level Up for the past 18 months.
A top WWE NXT star is also injured, with it being revealed that NXT Women's Champion Giulia is dealing with an injury issue. This is why WWE booked a Title vs. Title match between Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer for NXT Roadblock.
WWE EVOLVE is set to premiere on March 5 on Tubi in the United States. The new series will air on YouTube internationally. Two WWE EVOLVE tapings have been held so far and a WWE referee wrestled under a mask on one of the shows.
