One of WWE's most recent signings has received their official in-ring name.

Nathaniel Cranton was signed by WWE in October of 2025 and he has performed at several NXT house shows since then, using his real name, as well as his original in-ring name of Nathan Angel. The developmental talent has now undergone a name change, though, as Cranton has changed his social media handles to Tristan Angels, a name that WWE filed to trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on February 18.

Nathaniel Cranton has been wrestling since 2022, and he also competed in the Mister International beauty pageant in 2024.

WWE also filed to trademark Dorian Van Dux on February 18, although it is currently unknown which wrestler will use that name. Mike D Vecchio was signed in the same WWE Performance Center class as Tristan Angels, however, and he has yet to undergo a name change.

Their Performance Center class also included Aigle Blanc, who has since been renamed Elio LeFleur and has been featured across Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide and WWE NXT. This has included LeFleur unsuccessfully challenging Ethan Page for the NXT North American Championship, and he has also competed around the WWE Speed Title picture.
