Dalton Castle Out For Remainder Of 2024 After Suffering Injury

Dalton Castle's injury will keep him out until 2025

It is bad news for fans of Dalton Castle, as the Ring Of Honor and sometimes AEW wrestler will be out of action for the remainder of 2024. On July 13, Castle was injured following a knee to the head which knocked him out in a match against Roderick Strong on an episode of Collision to determine the new number one contender for Mark Briscoe’s ROH World Championship. Given the taped nature of the match, it was able to be edited to hide the injury.

At the time, the extent of Castle’s injury was not known, but AEW & ROH President Tony Khan took to X to reveal the devastating news to fans, stating that he wouldn’t be back for the rest of the year,

“Some injury news that's forced changes to the plans for this Friday's #ROHDBD Death Before Dishonor

Dalton Castle was injured in his Saturday Night #AEWCollision bout last week vs Roderick Strong.

Sadly Dalton will be out of action for the remainder of 2024. Get well soon DC”

We wish Castle the best in his recovery from injury.
