Finn Balor & JD McDonagh To Appear At OTT Tenth Anniversary Show
Finn Balor & JD McDonagh are heading to Irish promotion OTT
WWE’s new regime has seen a lot more crossover into other promotions, with WWE-contracted talent competing in the likes of TNA, Marigold, Pro Wrestling NOAH, Bloodsport, and others over the last couple of years, with this only increasing as time goes on. Another crossover is happening soon, and it is a huge one for Irish fans.
The Dublin-based promotion Over The Top Wrestling (OTT) held their Scrappermania VIII night two show last night, and a vignette was shown to those in the live crowd saying that a “Judgment Day” was coming to OTT. The faces of current WWE World Tag Team Champions and Judgment Day members JD McDonagh and Finn Balor were shown, both of whom are Irish-born. It was announced that the pair would be heading to OTT on October 26 for OTT’s Tenth Anniversary show at Dublin’s National Stadium.
McDonagh is a former (and inaugural) OTT World Champion and also a former No Limits Champion, making this a big homecoming for him. Balor has never competed in the promotion, but this is still significant given his nationality. McDonagh responded to this news on X, replying to a crowd video of the announcement.
