Owen Hart Tournament Final Officially Set

The finals of the women's bracket is now official

This Wednesday at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, AEW will host the finals of the respective men’s and women’s Owen Hart Tournaments on an episode of AEW Dynamite. There are some very high stakes on the line, as the winners of each tournament will go on to challenge the men’s and women’s AEW World Championships at All In London at Wembley Stadium on August 25. The first final has now been officially set.

On last night’s episode of AEW Rampage, Mariah May defeated Hikaru Shida in the semi finals of the women’s Owen Hart Cup, earning a spot in the final against last year’s winner Willow Nightingale, who defeated Kris Statlander on her way to the finals.

The final of the men’s bracket still needs to be decided, as the recently returned ‘Hangman’ Adam Page will be taking on Jay White in the semi finals on AEW Collision, with the winner going to battle Bryan Danielson on Dynamite. As of this writing, Toni Storm and Swerve Strickland are the respective AEW World Champions, who will be defending their gold at All In against the Owen Hart Cup winners.
