WWE 'Very Happy' With This Week's Raw

Some on social media have acclaimed the March 25 episode of Monday Night Raw as one of the best editions of the red brand since the show debuted all the way back in 1993. The show currently sits at a 9.34 rating on Cagematch, making it the fourth-highest-ranked episode of Raw on the site. 

The positivity around the episode extended to WWE, with officials in the company said to be "very happy" with the show from Chicago's Allstate Arena, according to Fightful Select.

Key segments on the show including The Rock promising to make Cody Rhodes bleed and doing just that as Raw came to a close, first bouncing trash cans off the American Nightmare's head before Dwayne Johnson rubbed Cody's own blood across a weight belt emblazoned with the words 'Mama Rhodes.' CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, and Seth Rollins also traded barbs in a segment that saw CM Punk "walking right up to the line" by alluding to Vince McMahon. 

Elsewhere, Ricochet defeated JD McDonagh, Becky Lynch punched Dominik Mysterio right in the jaw, and Sami Zayn was defeated by Bronson Reed ahead of Zayn's WrestleMania 40 match with Gunther for the Intercontinental Title.
