WXW Leaves WWE Network

WXW will soon be gone from WWE Network

After four years, Westside Xtreme Wrestling is no longer a part of the WWE Network.

PWInsider has reported that wXw officially exited the WWE Network on Thursday, May 30 after the German promotion's deal with WWE expired. Upon searching the WWE Network, only 11 historic events from wXw can be found on the streaming service.

Moving forward, wXw events will air on YouTube. The promotion will hold their next show next week and NJPW World Television Champion Jeff Cobb is scheduled to be in action.

Content from wXw began airing on the WWE Network in 2020 at a time when WWE also struck deals with PROGRESS Wrestling and ICW. The UK indy promotions' deals expired in early 2023.

The WWE Network will soon be a thing of the past, with the streaming service set to move over to Netflix outside of the United States, including in the United Kingdom, from the beginning of 2025. The streaming service has already been shuttered in the US as the WWE Network was folded into Peacock in 2021 as part of a five-year deal with NBCUniversal.
