Rocky Romero, Ren Narita, Matt Hardy, Tay Conti Round Out Monday's AEW Dark: Elevation
Some more New Japan flavor in AEW
AEW has announced a 12-match card for this week's AEW Dark: Elevation, and it will feature two New Japan-affiliated guests in singles competition.
Longtime Chaos stable member Rocky Romero will be in action, taking on JD Drake. Romero was shown in the audience during Yuji Nagata's challenge of IWGP US champion Jon Moxley on the May 12 Dynamite.
Ren Narita will also be in action on Monday, wrestling former NWA World Tag Team champion Royce Isaacs. The 23-year-old Narita has been wrestling stateside for New Japan's American endeavors, notably NJPW Strong. He appeared in Nagata's corner for the aforementioned match with Moxley.
Also of note, Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky will each be in singles action, facing Dark Order members Alex Reynolds and 5, respectively. The Dark Order has come to the aid of Sting and Darby Allin during Page and Sky's recent attacks.
