A number of former WWE talents, including the likes of Tehuti Miles, Lacey Lane, and Zayda Steel, regularly perform in Ring of Honor and they may soon be joined by another former NXT wrestler.
According to Fightful Select's Sean Ross Sapp, Bobby Steveson was backstage at Monday's Ring of Honor tapings from WJCT Studios in Jacksonville, Florida. While he did not wrestle at the six-hour tapings, it was claimed to Fightful that Steveson was working at the show.
Bobby Steveson - the brother of Gable Steveson - previously wrestled for WWE from August 2021 until his contract was allowed to expire in July 2024. Steveson spent his entire WWE run on NXT, first as a member of Diamond Mine before he turned heel in 2022 and later linked up with No Quarter Catch Crew.
Bobby Steveson has seldom wrestled since his WWE release, only working two matches for Wrestle Against Hunger in November 2025.
Another former WWE talent backstage at the ROH tapings was Carlito, although the former WWE United States Champion was just visiting, according to Fightful, as Eddie and Orlando Colon were wrestling at the tapings. The Colons teamed with Serpentico in a win over Alex Kane, Bruss Hamilton and Kiran Grey and a loss to Shane Taylor Promotions at the ROH show.
