Bret Hart Talks CM Punk And FTR Tributes

CM Punk and FTR have made no secret of their love for Bret Hart

Bret Hart calls himself ‘the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be’, and as seen on AEW TV recently, CM Punk and FTR agree.

Both acts have cited hart as a major influence on their work, evident when Punk and FTR’s Dax Harwood face off in singles competition, and during the recent WrestleCon event, The Dropkick Podcast asked Hart his thoughts on the pair’s tributes:

“Just that I appreciate them [Dax Harwood & CM Punk paying tribute to him in AEW], I appreciate… it means a lot to me for them to be big fans of mine and I try to cheer them on as much as possible. I wish I could see them more often and be more of an input to helping them with their careers but, I just want them to know that I’ll always be in their corner cheering them on,” said Hart.

FTR have been hinting on social media that they want ‘The Hitman’ to manage them in AEW after firing previous manager Tully Blanchard.
