CM Punk's First WWE Matches Since Return Revealed

CM Punk's first WWE return matches revealed

CM Punk's first WWE match in nine years might not be televised.

WWE embark on their Holiday Tour following Christmas Day and CM Punk is scheduled to face Dominik Mysterio in singles action at New York City's Madison Square Garden on Tuesday, December 26. Punk will also be in action against Dominik Mysterio a few days later on Saturday, December 30 at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, California.

WWE may well book CM Punk's first match since his return for TV but the match would need to take place within the next week as the Christmas Day episode of Monday Night Raw will be a Best Of show. The final usual episode of Raw before Christmas Day will be on December 18.

Punk made his shocking WWE return at Survivor Series on November 25. He looks set to challenge Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship in the coming months, possibly at WrestleMania 40. Punk has already declared for the men's Royal Rumble on January 27.

Punk has long-term ambitions in WWE and he is reportedly aiming to eventually take over WWE NXT from Shawn Michaels.
