Cody Rhodes' promo was big on patriotism last night and The American Nightmare talked about everything from last year's presidential election to his baby with Brandi Rhodes during his proclamation of America's greatness. He even pointed out Anthony Ogogo didn't come to the United States to live "the England dream."

Cody then rounded off with the announcement that he would be facing Anthony Ogogo at Double Or Nothing as 'The American Dream' Cody Rhodes.

'The American Dream' was, of course, Dusty Rhodes' nickname throughout his long professional wrestling career and Cody has decided to channel his inner American Dream to fight off the despicable Brit who disparages America every week on Dynamite.

Despite using the nickname, Cody Rhodes doesn't currently own the trademark for the term. He has been trying to trademark it for the last two years, but Heel By Nature pointed out the filing was abandoned on March 31 following multiple rejections from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. USPTO, within their past rejections, noted Rhodes didn't provide evidence that 'The American Dream' was "used in entertainment services, specifically live appearances and appearances by a professional wrestler."
