Cody Rhodes makes his entrance at a 2024 house show, with the colours of the American flag displayed prominently in the background.

Cody Rhodes hopes the United Kingdom will be able to host WrestleMania within the next five years.

Speaking with the BBC, the current Undisputed WWE Champion said:

"If I'm aiming, it would be cool to get it [in the UK] in the next five years. There's some really big venues over here that could host a WrestleMania. I think American fans would jump at the chance to come to a WrestleMania [overseas], whether that be in Manchester or London, I think they'd go nuts for it".

WWE Chief Content Officer Paul 'Triple H' Levesque and WWE President Nick Khan met up with Mayor of London Sadiq Khan in July to discuss the possibility of having The Showcase of the Immortals in the nation's capital.

Though he would be unable to compete on it after completing his 2025 retirement tour, 16-time world champion John Cena said he would attend a London-hosted WrestleMania as a fan.

A recent report suggested that the UK may miss out on the possibility to host next year's Elimination Chamber.

As well as a UK-based WrestleMania, Cody Rhodes has also campaigned for Mexico to get a WWE premium live event.
