Vince McMahon's Netflix documentary might be released in the near future
The anticipated Vince McMahon Netflix documentary has been in the works for some time, and it was recently revealed that McMahon himself had no influence or input into what would be shown and spoken about. This offers up a potentially explosive look at his life, though the content of the documentary is thus far uncertain.
Executive Producer for the documentary Bill Simmons spoke about the project on SI Media with Jimmy Traina. He was passionate and excited about this look at Vince McMahon. He revealed that it would be a multi-part series, lasting just about the “right length” as opposed to stretching it out to make more money. He would also reveal when he expects it to air, with the first part of 2024 potentially being a release time.
Simmons went on to say how he wasn’t sure how McMahon would react to the documentary, “I don’t know, I don’t know (how Vince will feel about it)… I would never speak for Vince. He’s been in my life for my entire life. I literally cannot remember my life without him being in it so, I think if you look at him from the — strip away all the other stuff and you just talk about the last 50 years that he had, it’s a pretty good topic for a documentary.”
