FTR Challenge The Young Bucks On AEW Dynamite
Will we get FTR vs. Young Bucks II in an AEW ring sometime soon?
As seen on the March 30 edition of AEW: Dynamite, we could finally be getting the long awaited rematch between The Young Bucks and FTR.
Tensions between the two teams have been simmering again as of late, with The Bucks saying they want to take the AAA Tag Titles from Harwood and Wheeler, amongst other taunts. After FTR defeated The Gunn Club on Dynamite, Cash Wheeler stated that FTR would win the ROH Tag Titles at Supercard of Honor, and would regain the AEW Tag Team Titles, before Dax Harwood laid out an open challenge to Matt and Nick Jackson to decide who the greatest team of all time is.
The two teams have history, with The Bucks and the then Revival going back-and-forth on social media during the latter’s run with WWE, teasing a dream match between the two sides. When FTR finally debuted in AEW in 2020, they teased an unlikely alliance with The Bucks, before having their only match against each other, with The Bucks defeating Harwood and Wheeler for the AEW World Tag Team Championships at Full Gear 2020.
