Kurt Angle Reacts To Becoming A Meme

Kurt Angle has been a viral sensation in recent weeks.

The WWE Hall of Famer set up a TikTok account earlier this year and at the end of a clip introducing himself, Angle awkwardly stares into the distance and asks, "We done? Good, I can take a nap now." 

The final moments of the clip have gone viral, with TikTok and Instagram Reels users clipping Angle's wide-eyed stare and using it for a variety of scenarios. Angle himself has looked to capitalise on the attention, releasing 'Meme Machine' merchandise. 

Angle had addressed going viral on his The Kurt Angle Show podcast, saying: "I don't know why like, I know that that video, it's kind of a weird-looking face, but for some strange reason everybody caught on and wanted to throw out some memes and I was the butt of the joke, I guess."

Pro wrestling is known for its meme potential and two other viral clips include Chris Jericho's "A Little Bit of the Bubbly" that will pop up for at least one person on social media this Christmas, and Vince McMahon crying during the Undertaker: The Last Ride documentary.
