Mace & Mansoor Talk About Their Time In SGW

Mace and Mansoor made a surprise appearance in SGW

Mason Madden (formerly Mace) and Mansoor have made the most of their current free agency, and made the trip to the viral Soft Ground Wrestling in Uganda, interfering to save the promotion from Lord White.

Following their debut, which can be seen on SGW’s X account, Madden and Mansoor spoke to Fightful Select about their trip to Uganda. In terms of how the appearance came to be, SGW reached out after Madden shared their videos on social media. The two sides discussed and came to an agreement for Madden and Mansoor to travel over and add some star power to SGW. The idea was for these two big former WWE names to help put over Cool Man as the new big star, saving him from Lord White, and that is exactly what they did.

When discussing SGW, they revealed that many of those involved in the project were orphans, and there was a big sense of family and community, allowing those without families to become a part of something larger. Madden and Mansoor stated that they would like to be a part of the growth of the industry in this part of the world.

Cultaholic’s Tom Cambell spoke to Bumbash Daniel, founder of Soft Ground Wrestling, and the interview can be found on Cultaholic’s podcast feeds.
