Lana and Dolph Ziggler kissing

Nic Nemeth has revealed he had to practice kissing CJ Perry (AKA Lana) in front of Miro (AKA Rusev) and Vince McMahon as the former WWE CEO wanted to see Nemeth and Lana be passionate together for their 2015 storyline.

Addressing the programme with Rusev on Busted Open Radio, Nemeth - who performed in WWE as Dolph Ziggler - said:

"I think Vince rewarding me instead of giving me winning matches or championships was to be like, 'Hey, he's with this girl now.' I think that was my reward, was that I got a girlfriend at work. We're in a very small room with (Lana and Rusev) and Vince is saying like, 'Okay, we gotta see - we need you to be passionate together', and we have to practice kissing in a very small room with her husband there with Vince watching like this with a pencil (gestures) and you're like 'Oh God.'"

The 2015 storyline saw Lana begin a romance angle with Dolph Ziggler, having previously been aligned with Rusev, when she kissed the former World Heavyweight Champion on a May episode of Raw. Rusev then linked up with Summer Rae and the programme lasted several months, with the first Rusev vs. Ziggler match ending in a double count-out at SummerSlam before Ziggler defeated Rusev at Night of Champions. The feud was then scrapped after TMZ reported on the real-life engagement between Miro and Lana.

Nic Nemeth is currently a part of TNA Wrestling, while Miro is a free agent following his release from All Elite Wrestling. He is expected to re-sign with WWE.

Vince McMahon, meanwhile, is no longer directly involved with WWE, although he remains a shareholder in TKO Group Holdings. He is a defendant in multiple lawsuits.
