Penta El Zero Miedo Expected To Be In Orlando This Week

Penta El Zero Miedo (AKA Pentagon Jr) may be close to signing with WWE.

According to Ibou of WrestlePurists, the belief within WWE is that Penta El Zero Miedo will be in Orlando, Florida at some point this week. Orlando, of course, is where the WWE Performance Center is based. 

Pentagon Jr and his brother, Rey Fenix, have been a part of All Elite Wrestling since 2019 as the Lucha Bros but it emerged in recent weeks that they were expected to leave AEW for WWE. The Lucha Bros have reportedly even claimed to people that they have already held talks with WWE and a preliminary offer is on the table. The terms from WWE are believed to be similar to what is being offered by AEW. 

All Elite Wrestling wanted to re-sign the Lucha Bros but it became clear as the weeks went on they weren't looking to sign new contracts. It is believed that Rey Fenix's contract expires around September, although Penta's contract is the first to run out. 

What exactly WWE have planned for the Lucha Bros should they land in the company is unclear but reports have indicated they don't want to be placed on NXT. 

During their time with AEW, the Lucha Bros have had reigns with the AEW World Tag Team Titles and AEW World Trios Championships with PAC. Rey Fenix is also a former AEW International Champion.
