A crazy coincidence for Private Party

Private Party suffered from an unfortunate coincidence in their most recent match.
Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen last teamed together on the March 28 episode of AEW Collision when they lost an 11-minute match to Jon Moxley and Daniel Garcia of the Death Riders. Kassidy announced on the following week's Collision that Marq Quen was "out", with it being reported that Quen had suffered some sort of tear and would miss "some significant time."
Isiah Kassidy hasn't been back on AEW TV in Quen's absence and recent reports had noted that Kassidy himself was "banged up", which was the reason behind him being gone from the promotion's programming.
Fightful Select has since reported that Kassidy and Quen sustained the same injury in the same match on the March 28 episode of Collision in what was a big coincidence. An exact return timeline for the tag team is currently unknown, but they have been on the shelf for three months so far.
Private Party are AEW originals and they are one-time AEW World Tag Team Champions, having held the belts for 84 days between October 2024 and January 2025.
Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen were off TV for one year after they dropped the tag team titles and only returned on February 11, 2026. Prior to getting injured, Quen and Kassidy had only wrestled three matches since returning.
