Real Reason CM Punk Is Shocking WWE Talents

CM Punk has been shocking WWE talents, but in a good way.

Punk made his WWE return at Survivor Series on November 25 and his comeback certainly divided opinion within the company, with numerous talents said to be unhappy about him re-signing with the organisation. That initial unhappiness has since completely transformed, though, and many who don't like Punk have been shocked by his warmth and "pure radiance of happiness" backstage, according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.

"One thing that everyone has been amazed at when it comes to CM Punk behind the scenes is the level of happiness and excitement and pure radiance of happiness that people have seen on the part of CM Punk... Everyone that has interacted with Punk, including people who have told me in the past they don't like him at all, have said they have been pleasantly surprised and even shocked at not just the level of warmth he has shown but the level of excitement he has shown. The level of happiness he has shown. Just the fact that usually when CM Punk would walk around in the old days it was just anger that radiated off him. He would do his job but he didn't seem happy to be there and he was ready to fight with everybody. There's sort of this feeling with him, and again this could always wash away, but there's a feeling of this is the real person who is showing how happy he is to be there," Mike Johnson said.

Since his return, CM Punk has been on Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown, signing with the red brand on December 11. Punk also made a surprise appearance at NXT Deadline, kicking off the show with Shawn Michaels. 

Punk has entered a feud with Seth Rollins that looks set to rumble on, possibly until WrestleMania 40 due to Punk declaring for the Royal Rumble.
