Report: AEW Planning To Change The Look Of Dynamite & Rampage

Could a change be in the works for AEW Dynamite and Rampage?

AEW recently added to its backstage operation with the major hiring of Michael Mansury as Senior Vice President and co-Executive Producer of AEW TV.

Mansury was said to have been backstage at the December 14 Dynamite and Rampage tapings, but is not believed to have started his day-to-day operations with the company just yet. Writing in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that with Mansury on board, AEW TV is set to undergo a new look, with Warner Bros. Discovery and Tony Khan having decided to change the look of Dynamite and Rampage.

What this means is so far unknown, with Meltzer adding that the planned changes are set to go into effect at some point in January. Since premiering in October 2019, Dynamite’s look has barely changed, with the show using the same entrance set up, theme song, and colour scheme since launch.

Tony Khan has tweaked elements of the show, notably changing how the audience is lit after requests from fans on Twitter.
