Report: AJ Styles Vs. Finn Balor Not Scheduled For WWE WrestleMania 41

The card for WrestleMania 41 is still very thin, with WWE plenty of months out from their trip to the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. When it comes to the prospective card, several potential matches have been thrown around over the last week in reports, one of which being a consideration by WWE to book AJ Styles vs. Finn Balor for the show. 

However, a conflicting report has emerged regarding these plans. According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, AJ Styles vs. Finn Balor “isn’t booked right now”, with him also stating that he’d heard nothing on the teased match and feud between Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker and AJ Styles after the pair faced off on Monday Night RAW.

Other reported matches from this week have included a potential bout between Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa. Styles returned to WWE at the 2025 Royal Rumble after a few months away with an injury, and has only had three singles matches with Finn Balor over the course of their respective WWE career - one at TLC 2017, another at Survivor Series 2022, and finally on an episode of SmackDown in 2023.
