Report: CM Punk & Tony Khan Had Another Confrontation At AEW All In

CM Punk and Tony Khan reportedly had another confrontation at AEW All In

All In 2023 was meant to be a triumphant day for All Elite Wrestling, and whilst it was in many different ways, we came out of it talking about another CM Punk backstage fight.

Punk was fired after All In due to a backstage altercation with Jack Perry, with AEW President Tony Khan revealing he feared for his safety amidst reports that Punk ‘lunged’ for Khan.

A further report from Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter suggests that Punk and Khan had another confrontation at the event in Wembley Stadium, further to additional reports that Punk berated Khan before his opening match with Samoa Joe.

Meltzer reports that Punk and Khan had a third interaction at the event, immediately after Punk’s victory over Joe. Meltzer alleges that several sources contacted him, with one alleging that this new confrontation between Punk and Khan left Khan ‘very upset’, although it is noted that there were no witnesses to the minutiae of the meeting, aside from sources confirming it happened.

Again, there is definitely more to come from this story, with Punk believed to be preparing a statement/revelations from his perspective as to everything that happened before, during, and after All In.
